NELLIE - Director of Security and Head of HR

Nellie is a much valued member of the team. As Director of Security, she is responsible for the safety of the staff. She has an intuitive grasp of where danger lies and is swift to deal with any difficult situation. Very early on she identified that the greatest threat came from the large post bags used for collecting the mail. In the last two years she has destroyed countless numbers of these insurgents.

As Head of HR her role is invaluable. She acts as the first point of reference for all prospective employees. Any resistance on their part to her natural exuberance helps weed out unsuitable candidates.
