Crisis Management - In the event of an immediate crisis, or in the case of damage limitation and risk assessment, The SPA Way has built up significant and quantifiable experience.
The SPA Way has handled various crises for its Clients over the past decade, working with national and international Governments, multi-national corporations, individuals in the media spotlight and other public and private organisations.
Our crisis management function means that we frequently perform ‘cause and effect’ analyses, identifying likely issues of relevance to the Client in the run-up to certain key events (e.g. conferences, political developments, reports, annual results etc).
This enables us to ensure suitable responses are available on-hand.
